Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Silk Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% or may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment made. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled with no penalty if the request is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation, and the same fees or conditions may apply.
